5 Must Ask Personal Development Questions
One of the most powerful tools in your personal development arsenal are questions. Each and every day you ask yourself thousands of questions almost unconsciously and the answers to these will determine what sort of day you have.
Asking questions along the lines of "Why me?" or "Why do bad things always happen to me?" or "Why do I never have any money?" will give you some very bad, and very depressing answers.
Asking more powerful personal development questions will help you to deal with your problems better, stay positive, and feel fantastic.
Here are five of what I consider to be the best questions to ask yourself to inspire personal change.
Question 1 : What Do I Want?
This is the big question we ask ourselves all the time but usually can't answer.
What is it you want? From your life? From your relationship? From whatever you are doing now?
Once you know what it is you want you can make it happen. If you know what you want it means that everything you do brings you closer to that goal.
Question 2 : Why Must I Change?
Do you hear people saying, "I should start a diet" or "I should get myself a raise" or other similar questions. As long as change is a should, it will never happen.Change will happen when it becomes an imperitive. When it's a do or die situation, then you change, until then you might stumble upon change, but it will be the fortunate few who do.
if you are looking to change any part of your life, then you need to have powerful reasons.Unless change becomes a must for you, you will struggle to make changes.
Question 3 : What's Good About This?
If we are honest about it, life isn't always as easy as people say it is. Sometimes it throws things at us we'd rather it didn't. The difference between a successful and not successful person is how they deal with the bad things in life.
Ask yourself what is good about every problem you encounter and then you will get some powerful answers back from your sub-conscious mind, which will help you deal with the problem in a positive, empowered way.
Question 4 : Is What I Am Doing Now Comfortable For Me?
There are 2 ways for you to do anything. The quick and easy way, or the longer and proper way. When you know what you want and are working on achieving your goals, you can either follow an ethical and right path or be tempted to follow an easier, less ethical path.Do what you know is right, not just for yourself, but also for the people around you.
Question 5 : What Must I Do For Me?
There are too many people who will give everything for other people but nothing to themselves.Make sure you take the time to give something yourself, because you deserve it. You may end up feeling disenchanted and resentful if you don't do this.
These are five personal development questions you can ask yourself every day and often throughout the day to help you understand what you want and to help you improve the quality of your life.Change will happen when you take action, so you must take action today to create the life you desire!

Self Help - The Wisdom Of Motivation
Motivation is a key to living a good life. With motivation, we can take on difficult tasks and get things done. Without motivation, we can be doomed to a life full of abandoned projects and unfulfilled dreams. You can get more Personal Growth Tips here.
The more we understand about motivation, the better off we will be in life. If we want to start exercising to keep in shape, or give up smoking for better health, motivation is a key factor in our success or failure.
There are only two kinds of motivation when you get right down to it. Only two ways to motivate yourself that make a difference. Positive and negative.
We all know about negative motivation. If you don’t take out the trash, it will start to smell. So we take out the trash to avoid the negative consequence of a smelly house. If we don’t go to work we’ll lose our job, and then we can’t pay the rent and then we are homeless. The negative consequences motivate us to go to work. You can learn some more Personal Growth Ideas here.
We were all raised with negative motivation. Avoiding the threat of something bad happening to us. If you don’t do your homework, you’ll fail your classes and get in trouble. It perhaps got us to do our homework, but negative motivation is just that, negative. It is deflating. We grumble and moan as we do our homework or go to work because we “have to.”
Positive motivation, on the other hand, is very energizing. Normally you may not like getting up at 5AM. You may grumble and moan all the way to work. But if you are getting up at 4AM one day to catch a flight to Hawaii, you may literally hop out of bed singing a happy tune. The positive result of being in Hawaii motivates you with enthusiasm and excitement. Positive motivation is a great way to do things with with zest and energy.
So try some more positive motivation in your life. Think of how great you’ll feel when you finish exercising, or how exciting it will be to work on your dream of writing a book. Let that energy fill you and get you started to take action. You can think of how to positively motivate yourself for many of your goals in life.
Taking action is the key. You can take negative action, grumbling and groaning all the way, or positive action, with a spring in your step. It’s up to you. Try more positive motivation, focusing on the good outcome or fun parts of any task, and see if it doesn’t help you take more positive action. You can get more Wise Thoughts here.

Beyond the Secret of Universal Law
Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Coach, writes… …
So many have asked “If the Law of Attraction is just about thinking positive thoughts about what I want, then WHERE’S MY STUFF”?.
Those of us who have been understanding the basics of the Law of Attraction and have dug deeper can tell you.
The entire Universe, your thoughts, feelings, and everything physical, is all vibration. You can’t fool Universal Mind when it comes to your thoughts. You must think those thoughts without resistance. You say: “but it DO want that new job, or new love, or new home, I’m just don’t know how, when or where it will come from”. Bingo. That’s it. You have made a request and in the very next phrase told the Universe not to bring it by saying “I don’t know how.”
Going beyond the secret of the Law of Attraction is not about adding more actions on top of your misalignment either. It’s about tuning in. What’s really going on in your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about those thoughts and beliefs.
To get really powerful, you want to focus on the FEELINGS. Your feelings are what is transmitting to the Universe like a radio signal. You may be able to fool your family and friends with your actions and words, but you just can’t fool the Universe with what’s beneath your thoughts. It’s not uncommon for many of us to feel flawed or not enough in some way. That is a large part of the human condition. Having a forgiveness practice and doing release work is very important for you to come back to self-love and self-confidence. This enables you to have a cleaner, clearer signal to Universal Energy which will match you up with what you’re emitting.
Remember what you focus on will expand in your experience. There are many books on these topics. Learning the fine points from teachers and coaches will speed you along the way. Private or group coaching is also available for anyone who wants to improve their point of attraction. Being open and receptive to your highest good is a must.
Universal Intelligence, Divine Mind, Spirit, All That Is, is abundant, unlimited and all loving. Tap into the nature of Who You Are by learning techniques that will support you in having the life of freedom you deserve.

How Can I Utilize the Law of Attraction to Make Positive Changes In My Life?
The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law
Nanette Geiger, Law of Attraction Relationship Expert, writes… A Universal Law is one that operates dependably under all situations. A Universal Law doesn’t treat people who utilize the Law more preferentially. It doesn’t take more kindly to the smart and beautiful. In fact, the Law of Attraction is working universally 24/7 whether you are aware of it, or not!
If this is so, why not utilize this understanding to empower your life. You can create the life of your dreams. Law of Attraction Life Coaching does just that.
If you, like millions of others, have seen the movie “The Secret”, you have a general idea about what Law of Attraction is. Or not. Many people thought the movie lacked depth with a primary focus on material objects. Is that all this Universal Law is all about?
Is it true that all you have to do is wish for something, dream about it long enough and voila it shows up? Just like the genie in Alladin’s lamp who says: “Your wish is my command”.
The Law of Attraction States that What You Place Your Attention on Becomes Part of Your Experience
In very basic terms, the Law of Attraction states in the words of one of the teachers in The Secret, ‘what you think about and thank about, you bring about’. Whatever you give our attention to, whether wanted or unwanted, draws in what is similar to the thoughts you’ve been thinking. You emit vibrations through the constancy of thought. This attracts more people, situations and things that are like those thoughts. You can attract wealth and attract love, too.
“So how does it apply to me? I think thoughts all day long about wanting to make more money or move to a better neighborhood. I’ve been thinking about a better career for years, and it just isn’t happening.”
Your attention and energy has been focused on the lack of what you’ve been wanting, the lack of a better living situation. Your thoughts and your deeply held beliefs are what is transmitting the energy to the Universe that says “I’m tired of looking and not getting, where it is, where’s my money, where is he”? Now you may get another job or a new lover, but you took you and your miserable vibration with you – you created another miserable job or relationship. Haven’t you ever noticed same boss, different head? Same guy, different name. The only common denominator is YOU!
This Is An Energy-based Universe
Quantum Physics tells us that what we observe we influence.. Your thoughts are the energetic impulses that communicate, not your words. Thoughts do create. Anything that has ever been created first evolved from the thought behind it.
Your Thoughts Are Creating Your Life
You’re thinking thoughts all day long. Some of them go by completely unconsciously. But they’re powerful nonetheless. You may be re-creating more of the same, by thinking the same old thoughts – so life doesn’t appear to change much. You keep thinking thoughts along the same theme, therefore – same stuff, different day. You have a repeating loop setting in there somewhere that needs to be revised and refreshed. We all have them. We’ve learned most of this from our well-meaning elders and teachers. They didn’t know any better. Now we do!
The Control of Your Thoughts Is Up To You
It doesn’t happen overnight. It took a while to have these programs installed, but sure enough we can override them. It is very simple process – just not always easy.
That’s where working with a skilled Law of Attraction Coach comes in. You can start seeing shifts in your life as quickly as you can being changing your thoughts. I’m a skilled Law of Attraction Life Coach and would love to show you how you can transform areas of your life very quickly. For more information visit me at http://www.nanettegeiger.com

Your Personal Development 30 Day Challenge
Is there anything you really wanted to change about your life. Any particular good habits you wish to form or any bad habits you wish to cast aside? Think of how much richer your life could be if you developed new more fulfilling habits. Perhaps you simply want to stop smoking, study a new language, meditate each day, exercise every evening or maybe you have other such personal development aims that you never really got around to attempting before, let alone achieving. If this is the case then why not take up the thirty day challenge!
What is the 30 day challenge exactly? Really it is just a devastatingly easy way of creating new habits in your life. You see, very often the hardest part about forming a new habit is actually starting and lasting for more than a few days. Breaking a habit or forming a new one can be particularly tricky to do as it seems changing something for the rest of your life is so daunting that often you will not start or give-up soon due to the enourmity of the task. However the thirty day challenge permits you to give up no questions aked after only 30 days! If the law of attraction is ‘the secret’ then beyond the secret is the power of habit.
This style of mentl approach gives you the impression that at least it is not forever and that you are really achieving something worth doing. After the thirty days you may of course choose to start smoking again or you may choose to continue with your new behavior which after thirty days has also had time to form as a new habit for you. Mentally it is just so much easier to deal with, you can tick days off a calendar or countdown the days until your target date, either way it is so much more motivating.
after the thrity day challenge period you will then have a chance to think about whether or not your new habit benefits you or not. If it does then you will then be easily able to transfer it to become a fixed patter of behaviour. You will have had time to benefit from the new habit, break the old habit and bed in the new habit. From this point onwards you will be better able to consider whether or not you want to persist with the new habit. You may after 30 days wish to extend the period further for 60 or 90 days, this will maintain the psychological effect of it not really being a final change and to provide you with a new suitable target.
Whilst the first week of the challenge will be the most difficult to get through you can take consellation in the fact that you are doing something that will enhance your life for the future.
Here are some great ideas for 30 day challenges that could really benefit you in both the short and long term:
Read everyday for an hour, meditate everyday, commit to an exercise regime, cut out fast foods, eat your 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day, call a different old friend each day, contact a family member, give-up TV completely, study a new language, quit smoking, become vegetarian, practice positive thinking, stop drinking alcohol, take time to relax more, stop watching soap operas, do Yoga, stop wasting time in on-line forums or online games, meet a new person each day. The list of choices is only restricted to the thoughts you can come up with, nothing else. Even if you don’t want to make a permanent change go ahead and improve yourself in the short term, you will gain from the experience of personal development whatever the outcome.
Whilst for the vast majority of activities conducting them daily may not always be the best thing, for example jogging for newbies can be highly stressful on the bodies muscles and joints, however sticking to it each day makes it seem lots easier and simpler to stick to because you don’t have the excuse of just taking a ‘day off’ at anytime. So I suggest that you grab yourself a pen and paper immediately draw out a 30 day chart and write out a statement of what you are going to do!
